Join our team as a Machine Operator! In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor output, and help keep our lines running smoothly. This position is a great entry point to gain experience and advance toward a Machine Operator II role. Rotating shifts (ABCD) follow a 3-on/2-off, 2-on/2-off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned machines under supervision as a Machine Operator.
• Load raw materials, perform basic machine setups, and make minor adjustments.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and keep accurate production logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to maintain production continuity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 58 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for equipment monitoring and data entry.
