Job Title: Blow Molding Maintenance Technician

Pay: $28-$34/Hour DOE

About the Role:
We are hiring a Blow Molding Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our packaging equipment, ensuring smooth, efficient production. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing machinery setups and changeovers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and repair blow molding machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Assist with equipment installations and improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and work in elevated spaces.
