Overview of the Executive Assistant
  
Seeking an experienced & proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage multiple calendars, coordinate & manage meetings, & schedule complex travel arrangements
• Support CRM data management and assist with reporting for weekly and quarterly meetings
• Process expense reports accurately and efficiently
• Provide general administrative support, including phone coverage, mailings, and supply management
• Manage special projects as needed

Requirements for the Executive Assistant

• Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative or executive assistant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur, DealCloud, or CRM systems preferred.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
