Duties / Responsibilities:
The Precision Construction Support Specialist will handle installations, calibrations, troubleshooting, and training for both internal teams and customers.

• As the Precision Construction Support Specialist you will install, calibrate, and verify operation of machine control systems on construction equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with service technicians and manufacturer support to resolve technical problems.
• Provide customer and staff training on SmartGrade, Topcon, and related technologies.
• Travel to job sites for onsite installs, repairs, and support.

Qualifications:
The Precision Construction Support Specialist will have experience with grade control systems and heavy equipment preferred.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn emerging construction technologies.
• Able to work outdoors and lift heavy equipment components.
