Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery such as excavators, grinders, wheel loaders, and skid loaders. Key duties involve ability to source parts, perform routine maintenance, inspecting equipment for defects, and using tools to repair or replace worn mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in demanding physical environments. Late model fleet of well-maintained trucks and trailers.

Work Monday - Friday 40 hours plus per week, overtime is paid at time and a half.

Job Duties:
Perform Maintenance and repair on various pieces of equipment ie. Wheel loader, Excavator, Grinders
Common Tasks:

• Oil leak – remove and replace hose
• Bearing Seized – remove and replace
• Hydraulic tank leak – weld on patch
• Hydraulic Clutch Oil Hot – replace sensor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all safety involving the operating of equipment
• Should be Proficient in Welding with Arc Welder, MIG, and Alum Welding.
• Will be required to lift occasionally 20-50lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, along with a background check prior to starting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education / Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver License - CDL preferred
