Advanced HR Generalist

Travel will be needed to all locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field
Practical Human Resource experience 5+ years

• Lead the planning and execution of people-focused strategies that align with the organization’s goals and long-term direction.
• Build, refine, and oversee internal guidelines, procedures, and workforce practices to ensure consistency across the team.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, guiding new hires through onboarding, and supporting ongoing training and professional growth.
• Serve as a trusted resource for staff concerns, helping address workplace issues, facilitate conversations, and maintain a supportive environment.
• Oversee pay processes and coordinate employee benefit offerings to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Partner with leaders to review performance expectations, provide coaching, and assist with corrective action when necessary.
• Monitor and uphold compliance with employment standards, workplace regulations, and organizational requirements.
