Part Time Temporary Office Manager-Start ASAP – March
Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM
Fully Onsite
$22–$25/hr.
Be the friendly face of the office – greet clients, coordinate meetings, and keep the space running smoothly
Manage supplies, invoices, catering, and FedEx shipments
Support the team with event logistics and office organization
Keep things running during the office’s holiday closure (mail, deliveries, etc.)
Reliable, trustworthy, and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Smartsheet experience a plus!)
Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Service-oriented with a good sense of humor and strong initiative
