The Talent Acquisition Partner will take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle – from sourcing to offer – helping to build high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments and locations
Partner closely with hiring managers to drive effective, equitable hiring decisions
Use strategic sourcing (job boards, social, referrals, networking) to attract top talent
Conduct in-depth interviews and provide actionable, data-driven candidate insights
Leverage the ATS to streamline processes and elevate candidate experience
Stay ahead of hiring trends and help shape recruiting strategy company-wide
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Partner
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of recruiting experience (bonus if high-volume or multi-location)
Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and influencer
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates
Tech-savvy with ATS tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
