Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close and support general accounting processes
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
• Set up and manage projects in the accounting system, ensuring correct fees, budgets, and billing terms
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accurate project billing and fee schedules
• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reimbursements
• Manage accounts receivable, including preparing customer invoices, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and project accounting processes

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• 2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (AP/AR/general ledger)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting related software 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
