We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations. This role oversees production schedules, team performance, and process efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
What You’ll Do

• Direct and organize daily production activities.
• Monitor labor, material, and yield performance; identify ways to reduce waste and control costs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, working with maintenance when needed.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support increased production demands by coordinating with temporary staff when necessary.
• Work extra hours during peak periods to meet production targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
• Strong mechanical/process understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of cost control, yield improvement, and efficiency methods.
• Ability to lead teams with clear communication, training, and feedback.
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
