The Role:

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers - answering inbound calls (40–50 per day) and assisting with billing questions, general account inquiries, and problem resolution. Your goal: deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Proven customer service or call center experience (metrics, auto-dialer, handling multiple monitors)
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to help people
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using 2+ screens to navigate quickly
