Job Responsibilities:

• Process and record vendor invoices, payments (check, ACH, credit card), and reconciliations accurately and on time
• Maintain organized accounts payable records, vendor files, and expense transactions, including credit card and petty cash
• Prepare reports, track aging, and resolve invoice or billing discrepancies
• Support community staff and collaborate with Accounting team members on payables and accruals

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience 
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (Yardi Preferred) 
• Strong ability to review, post, and manage accounts payable transactions and records
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Customer service skills with vendors and community staff
