Residential Sales Representative
Base Salary $55-65K - 85K-125K (total comp) 
M-F, 800 AM to 5:00 PM
Knowing the construction field would be idea for this role.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys consultative selling, and takes pride in helping clients transform their outdoor living spaces.
Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads for residential sales.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Present product and service options, provide estimates, and develop customized proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow-up.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
