What You’ll Do

• Process and record invoices, payments, and expense transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies
• Manage vendor payments (check, ACH, credit card)
• Maintain organized records, reports, and vendor files
• Partner with the Accounting team on accruals and month-end tasks
• Support staff with accounts payable questions or issues

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of AP experience
• Proficiency with Excel; Yardi experience a plus
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Customer service mindset when working with vendors and staff
