Machine Operator I

We’re hiring a Machine Operator I to run production equipment, load materials, monitor quality, and keep machines running smoothly. You’ll perform basic setups, troubleshoot minor issues, follow safety rules, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, reporting software)
• Able to lift up to 58 lbs. and stand for long periods
