Help Desk Supervisor needed!
$80 - $100K DOE
Onsite Role located in Omaha!
Rotating on-call schedule
Must have 7+ years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years in leadership.
Knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Teams Voice, PowerShell
Experience with ITSM/ITIL frameworks
Lead , train & develop a frontline Service Desk team, and elevate IT support across the organization.
Manage ticketing system and ensure SLA’s are met
Oversee automation & process improvements
Manage complex escalations and provide after-hours support as needed
