Lead and manage the Help Desk team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee ticketing system operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Act as an escalation point for complex IT support issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
Monitor and report on help desk metrics, identifying areas for process improvement
