Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $20-$22/Hour

Now hiring mechanical assemblers for a leading manufacturing company in Omaha. We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who take
pride in their work and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to instructions, diagrams, or blueprints.
• Perform wiring, color-coded connections, and basic electrical installations.
• Use hand tools and equipment (cut-off saws, drill presses, soldering tools, etc.) to aid in assembly.
• Test and adjust completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes or corrections to ensure consistency for future production.
• Follow all safety, quality, and 5S organizational practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools accurately.
• Familiarity with basic shop equipment (cut-off saws, drill presses).
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
