Overview of the Premium Auditor Associate
  
The Premium Auditor Associate will be responsible for conducting Worker’s Compensation insurance audits.  The Premium Auditor Associate may also be required to conduct audits for other lines of insurance, such as General Liability and Professional Liability (a.k.a. Errors and Omissions). The purpose of an audit is to determine the customer’s actual insurance exposure and to process adjustments to ensure appropriate premiums are billed to the customer.
  
Responsibilities of the Premium Auditor Associate

• Analyze payroll, tax, and accounting records for various insurance lines.
• Gather business operation details and employee job duties through phone and email.
• Ensure correct insurance classification codes are assigned and suggest changes as needed.
• Adjust premiums based on state manual rules.
• Complete audit worksheets in Excel and input findings into the database.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the audit process.
• Address and resolve customer disputes regarding audit results.

Qualifications for the Premium Auditor Associate

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Minimum of 2.75 GPA
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Previous experience in worker's compensation is a plus

Schedule & Location of the Premium Auditor Associate

• 100% onsite training for at least 1-month!
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule after training, 3 days remote, two days in office
• Downtown Omaha!  Parking is provided offsite at a very affordable rate.
