Project Manager in Manufacturing
Omaha office (in-office)
Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
Salary $50–54k + 5% bonus
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
Stable work history is required
Coordinating project logistics, managing customer service needs, processing service orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
Schedule and coordinate field service visits, repairs, and maintenance for industrial electrical equipment.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the field service team for service requests, updates, and follow-ups.
Create and manage service work orders in the ERP system; monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
Support the Field Service Manager with tracking technician schedules, parts shipments, and service reporting.
