Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for supporting the company’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks. This role assists with the compliance to applicable laws and regulations, assists employees with benefits-related inquiries, and works closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits operations.
  
Responsibilities: 

• Administer daily benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
• Assist employees with benefits questions and provide ongoing education and support
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations
• Maintain accurate benefits records and reconcile enrollments, terminations, and invoices
• Support open enrollment, orientations, and benefits communication efforts
• Audit and reconcile all enrollments, terminations and benefit invoices monthly
• Participate in training, committees, and uphold company policies, values, and mission
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration (401k experience required)
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulation
• Experience with benefits administration systems for multi-state employers
