Overview of the Insurance Sales Representative

Are you interested in an insurance sales career? 

Our client is a financially stable & growing company that offers business insurance, such as workers' comp, liability, commercial auto and umbrella policies. 

• Must have an active Property & Casualty License (P&C) and have insurance sales experience
• Must have an associate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

• Timely outreach to all inbound leads to include website applications and answering inbound calls
• Availability and dependability to multitask
• Highly focused on a total team environment

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Customer service experience
• Prior sales experience
• Must have an associate degree, with at least a 2.75 GPA

• M - F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• M-F, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• M- F, other 8-hour shifts can be accommodated. 
• Latest time off would be 8:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule possible after training at manager's discretion 

• $51K base + commission.  First year total comp potential is $65-$70K
