EHS/Safety Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $89,000–$111,000
Location: Omaha Metro Area

We’re actively hiring an experienced EHS/Safety Manager to oversee environmental health and safety initiatives at a manufacturing facility. This position plays an important role in working closely with plant leadership and employees to build and maintain a strong safety culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will manage EHS programs by ensuring they align with internal standards and meet all regulatory requirements. You’ll serve as the go-to safety resource, helping to implement best practices, provide training, and promote awareness throughout daily operations. Your leadership will be key in encouraging teams to identify and resolve safety issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve on the production floor
