Production Supervisor- $65-75k
  
Cornerstone Staffing has partnered with a food manufacturing facility in Omaha and we're seeking a Production Supervisor.  This role will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the Production, Quality, Safety, and Scheduling departments to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of product.
This is a direct-hire position.
  
Shift for the Production Supervisor:
-3rd Shift
-10pm-8am (Saturdays OT)
-Located in the South Central part of Omaha
-5-10 hours of OT each week

  
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Lead and assist in training the production team
• Enforce safety regulations
• Coordinate the manufacturing and production process
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• 3 years of experience as a production supervisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Lean manufacturing preferred
• Proven leadership ability

Compensation for the Production Supervisor:
$65-75k + FULL BENEFITS
