HR Manager

This position will provide guidance and coaching to employees and management and will carry out other responsibilities in other areas.

Job Duties:

Coaching leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and workplace issues
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
Overseeing labor relations and supporting union negotiations and grievance resolution
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Administering employee lifecycle processes, including orientation and terminations
Maintaining org charts, job descriptions, and HR records
Reviewing bi-weekly payroll for accuracy

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, within the food manufacturing industry
5+ years Union/Labor relations experience highly desired
Bachelor’s Degree is required
