2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Omaha, NE
A well-established manufacturing company in Omaha is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead overnight operations. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys team leadership, and has a knack for improving production flow, this could be a great fit.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Regular OT opportunities available

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead a team of 12–32 employees across production, warehouse, and coordination roles
• Encourage a positive, accountable, and safety-first work culture
• Enforce workplace policies and maintain a clean, organized production floor

Production Oversight & Quality Control

• Manage overnight production to meet deadlines, quality targets, and efficiency standards
• Monitor equipment performance, inspect products, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and food safety guidelines

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify ways to improve production speed and minimize waste
• Help implement new systems and tech tools to enhance output
• Use data from production software to track performance and support improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and production software
• Forklift or equipment certifications and CPR/ERT credentials are a plus
• Strong communicator with a practical, team-focused leadership style
• Comfortable solving problems and keeping things running smoothly under pressure
