Radiology Operations Supervisor
Location: In-person
Schedule: Monday–Friday (4-day workweek) | No weekends | No on-call
Salary: Up to $62,000/year

Supervise day-to-day operations of the radiology support team (8–12 employees).
Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and ensure timely processing of imaging reports.
Serve as a liaison between technologists, radiologists, and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations within the operations team.
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and quality standards and operational protocols.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.

ARRT Certification (or previous Radiologic Technologist experience strongly preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology or imaging operations
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and Microsoft Office
