Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift | $65,000–$75,000 + Full Benefits

Cornerstone Staffing is working with a leading food manufacturing company in Omaha to hire a Production Supervisor for the overnight shift. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule & Location

• 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Regular overtime: 5–10 hours per week, including some Saturdays
• Facility located in South-Central Omaha

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production staff during overnight operations
• Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate workflow across departments including production, quality, scheduling, and safety
• Work closely with other supervisors to align on production goals
• Organize daily schedules and assign tasks to meet output targets
• Monitor equipment and materials to catch issues early and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Background in lean manufacturing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000
