Cornerstone Staffing has partnered with a local company in Gretna, NE, and is looking to hire a Parts Specialist for their team. The Parts Specialist will have previous experience in a parts department, procurement, or logistics. This is a full-time role; more details are below!

Pay/Benefits for the Parts Specialist:

• $24-30/hr DOE
• Full benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401k + 4% match, PTO

Hours/Location for the Parts Specialist:

• M-F 7 am-4 pm
• Located in Gretna, NE
• This position does require once-a-week travel to Kearney, NE, and Sioux Falls, SD locations. Company vehicle provided, no overnight travel expected.

Responsibilities for the Parts Specialist:

• Ability and willingness to learn about the generator industry to gain knowledge needed 
• Provide support for the service team as well as the sales team internally
• Keep inventory up to date and in stock for easy access 
• Developing and supporting an inventory system that works for multiple locations
• Ordering parts on many online systems and accounts that need to be tracked, and pricing documented for procurement accuracy 
• Able to create reports, inventory sheets, and sales orders
• Provide great communication to customers and other team members
• Lift 50lbs in parts boxes and products

Requirements for the Parts Specialist:

• Previous parts, inventory, and procurement experience are required
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check, drug, and alcohol test
• Proficiency with computer programs such as email, word, PDFs, etc.
• Willingness to grow and learn in this position
