Electrical Project Manager / Estimator

We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join a dedicated and fast-paced team focused on delivering high-quality solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects. If you’re someone who thrives on precision, values relationships, and can manage projects from concept to close-out, this might be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Lead small to mid-sized projects from planning through completion, staying on-time and within budget
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, building long-term, trust-based relationships
• Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and equipment on schedule
• Create and manage project timelines, adjusting resources as needed to stay on track
• Monitor field progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Prepare close-out documentation and confirm all project requirements are met
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure consistent execution and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in electrical estimating and project management
• Strong working knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and technical drawings
• Familiarity with project management tools and estimating software
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and job site safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license required
