Job Posting: Legal Assistant
Location: Omaha
Company Overview: Join a dedicated legal team of three attorneys committed to serving the local community in workers’ compensation, auto accident, and Social Security/disability cases. This office prides itself on providing personalized and effective legal services.

Job Duties of the Legal Assistant :

• Provide interpretation services for clients.
• Perform electronic dictation.
• Manage attorneys' calendars.
• Communicate with clients effectively and professionally.
• Schedule medical appointments.
• Request and follow up on medical records and bills.
• Prepare exhibit lists for court.
• Copy, mail correspondence, and file court documents.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Qualifications of the Legal Assistant:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in electronic dictation and calendar management.
• Experience in a legal setting is preferred.
• Must have 2-3 of previous legal experience.
• Workers compensation and Medical records experience is required.
