Our client is looking to add a great talent that can provide a white-glove experience to his commercial clients!

Duties of the Retail Banking Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of tellers, ensuring excellent customer service and branch operations.
• Supervise the opening and management of various accounts (Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRAs, etc.) and assist with customer inquiries.
• Promote cash management products, including Remote Deposit Merchant Capture, to business clients.
• Manage commercial banking clients.
• Ensure security, balancing, and operational efficiency for the branch.
• Handle cash management, vault transactions, and coordinate coin and currency processing.
• Train and develop staff, maintain schedules, and ensure adherence to policies.

Minimum Qualifications of the Retail Banking Supervisor

• 3+ Years of Banking Experience
• Managerial experience which includes training, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Preferred Education - Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation of the Retail Banking Supervisor

• $65,000 - $85,000
