Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns (Federal, State, and Local) and related reports.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations under ASC 740.
• Support tax planning and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors, and stay updated on tax law changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience; 1+ years in corporate income tax, preferably in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations; transportation experience a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational, communication, and self-review skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of GAAP and a high degree of accuracy.
