Office Administrator

Salary $25-$30 hour

Omaha Metro area 
Monday - Friday 8 am -5 pm 
Must be a person that is highly organized and independent
Proficient in ADP software 
Have some experience with accounts receivable (AR) and payroll processing.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• verifying payroll hours using ADP software accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with accounting and project management teams for financial reporting and budgeting.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions, employee data, and project documents.
• Support human resources tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve workflows.
