Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift Location: Omaha, NE
Schedule: 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee third-shift operations at its Omaha facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team development, and is committed to improving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do: Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor a team of 12-32 employees, including shift coordinators, machine operators, and warehouse personnel.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Production & Quality Management

• Coordinate production flow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee machine performance, product inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and operational regulations.

Process Improvement & Problem-Solving

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement new technologies and best practices to optimize production.
• Use data from manufacturing software to track progress and drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Three or more years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Education: Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and manufacturing software.
• Preferred Certifications: Forklift/power equipment licenses, CPR/ERT certification.
• Strong Leadership: Ability to train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in troubleshooting production challenges and driving solutions.
