We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in MIG and TIG welding within a fabrication environment, with a focus on aluminum and stainless steel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lay out, position, align, and fit components together per specifications.
• Use MIG and TIG welding equipment to assemble parts and structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Utilize hand and power tools (e.g., angle grinders, wrenches) effectively.
• Perform metal cutting with acetylene/plasma arc equipment as required.
• Dismantle, reshape, and reassemble parts for repair as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a fabrication environment.
• Expertise: Proficiency in aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding is a must.
• Skills: Blueprint reading, problem-solving, and quality-focused mindset.
• Education/Certifications: Welding certification or technical degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders frequently.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates excellent dexterity for precision welding tasks.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
• Noise levels are typically moderate.
