Job Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing in Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness for wages, commissions, and bonuses.
• Develop and implement audit and quality control processes to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, staying updated on systems, regulations, and labor laws.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll and tax reporting through ongoing research and updates.

Required Qualifications: 

• Expertise in payroll systems, report building, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• 8+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience; Ceridian Dayforce preferred.
• 2+ years managing multi-state payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical problem-solving with experience in streamlining payroll processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high volume work environment.
