Job Summary:
This position provides expert service support for advanced machine control systems used in agriculture and heavy equipment. The role involves supporting both internal and external users, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating closely with precision construction specialists to deliver high-quality service. Travel is required, with housing provided if work cannot be completed by the end of the day.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Serve as a trusted service provider, maintaining expertise to support machine control systems effectively.

• System Installation and Calibration: Install, calibrate, and prepare machine control systems, ensuring proper operation before delivery.
• Technical Diagnosis and Repairs: Diagnose issues with machine control systems, perform repairs, and collaborate with service technicians as needed.
• Supplier Communication: Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve issues comprehensively.

Experience and Skills:

• Familiarity with grade control solutions and technology.
• Understanding of agriculture and heavy equipment applications and job site operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues; experience reading machinery schematics is a plus.
• Prior mechanical experience with heavy equipment is advantageous.
• Welding experience is preferred but not required.
