Job Title: Project Coordinator
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Type: 6–12 Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Hire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a leading construction company. In this role, you will support the Renewable Energy Technical Manager by assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring, while providing administrative and communication support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Support task management, monitor assignments, and ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and team members.
• Compile data and prepare reports on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in project coordination, preferably in construction.
