Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, providing guidance to hiring teams to ensure a smooth and effective experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Preferred experience within the manufacturing or construction industry.
