Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts from our Omaha office. This role involves attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and mentoring the recruitment team.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
$80k+/year, based on experience
Fully in office, located in downtown Omaha
Direct hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to determine hiring needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Source and build talent pipelines proactively.
• Evaluate labor market trends and develop innovative sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and manage the offer process.
• Develop recruitment materials in partnership with Marketing.
• Attend job fairs and manage the intern program.
• Use data to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform strategies.
• Build relationships with candidates, universities, and industry partners.
• Drive community engagement and industry involvement.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed. social media, and data analysis tools.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Local travel required during job fair seasons.
