Associate or bachelor’s Degree with a business-related concentration
Understanding the labor marketing in the area and other cities outside of Omaha
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods
Collaborate and partner with managers to determine hiring needs
Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
