Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-year related experience in a similar role; must have drive-thru experience and managed 4+ locations previously in the fast food industry
• Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Expertise in selecting, coaching, and developing management teams.
• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are essential.
