The Client Services Specialist provides customer service to agents, policy-holders claimants, and others as needed.
  
Duties of the Client Services Specialist 

• Provide customer service to agents, insureds, claimants and others for billing and claim reporting and inquiries
• Daily tasks including responding to agents and insureds regarding inquiries to billing and claims
• First level customer support for all agents and insureds on software applications including assistance in accessing the software and helping with basic usage

Preferred Experience of the Client Services Specialist

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Previous experience working with insurance claims is a plus
• Basic math skills are also highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field highly desired

Required Experience of the Client Services Specialist

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work under deadlines
• Savvy with MS Office 

Education Requirement of the Client Services Specialist

• High school diploma or GED, along with some college coursework required

Schedule of the Client Services Specialist

• M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some possibility of hybrid

Compensation of the Client Services Specialist

• $19/hr.
