Maintenance Technician 2ND or 3RD SHIFT
Salary: $25-34/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential
Sun-Thurs 10:30 pm-7 am plus 8-10 OT/ weekly
M-F 2:30 pm-11 pm plus 8-10 OT/ weekly

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility structures to reduce the risk of malfunctions.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the integrity of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
Equipment Upgrades: Assist in the installation, calibration, and improvement of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical fields preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environments.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; experience with HVAC, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance a plus.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, and techniques for maintenance, repair, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
