Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (100% Commission-Based)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and generating revenue? Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative!
What We Offer:

• 100% commission-based role – your earning potential is in your hands!
• 20% commission on all generated revenue – no cap on what you can earn!
• You are the HUNTER. Work from home, go door-to-door, do a blend of both. As a 1099 contractor, operate as if this is your business!
  
  • Occasional onsite meetings will occur to discuss strategy, obstacles, new ideas, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities.
• Generate revenue through sales activities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering high-quality candidates for client needs. Minimum expectations would be to generate $65,000 worth of revenue in a 3-4 month time period. This would be $13,000 worth of commissions!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.
