Role Overview
The Partner Solution Architect will support Intuitive.ai’s partner-led growth motion across AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, IBM, and other strategic technology partners. This SA will join early-stage customer and partner conversations with our Partner Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to qualify opportunities, position Intuitive’s offerings, and translate customer needs into compelling cloud, data, AI, security, and modernization solutions.
This is a “Swiss Army knife” technical GTM role: part solution architect, part partner technologist, part pre-sales advisor, and part alliance builder. Once opportunities become qualified and solution depth is required, the PSA will transition the opportunity to the appropriate Practice Leader while staying involved to support SOW development, partner funding alignment, and solution positioning. This role focuses on co-sell execution, partner field relationships, technical enablement, reference architectures, solution briefs, demos, cloud marketplace alignment, and partner solution validation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Technical Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, IBM, and ISV technical teams, including partner SAs, customer engineers, ProServe teams, product teams, pre-sales teams, and partner engineering groups.
- Represent Intuitive.ai’s technical capabilities to partner technologists and help them understand where Intuitive can add value for their customers.
- Create confidence with partner field teams so they are comfortable introducing Intuitive into customer opportunities.
Pre-Sales & Opportunity Qualification - Join early-stage customer calls with Partner Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Inside Sales teams.
- Quickly assess customer needs across cloud, data, AI, GenAI, platform engineering, app modernization, governance, cybersecurity, and industry-specific use cases.
- Position Intuitive.ai’s services, IP, accelerators, and partner-aligned offerings in a way that resonates with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Help convert qualified prospects into Intuitive.ai customers.
Partner-Aligned Solution Positioning - Work with Practice Leaders, CTP/CTO teams, delivery leaders, marketing, and alliances to keep Intuitive’s offerings current and partner-ready.
- Translate Intuitive’s agnostic IP and accelerators into AWS-flavored, Google Cloud-flavored, Databricks-flavored, and ISV-specific narratives.
- Develop partner-facing technical presentations, reference architectures, solution briefs, demos, battlecards, and “better together” messaging.
SOW, Funding & Commercial Support - Contribute to early SOW shaping, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and technical win themes.
- Understand and align opportunities to AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, and ISV partner funding programs where applicable.
- Help sales teams identify where partner funding, credits, pilots, accelerators, marketplace motions, or co-sell programs can improve deal conversion.
Internal Enablement & Practice Connectivity - Stay connected with Intuitive.ai practice leaders across Data & AI, Platform Engineering, App Modernization, Cybersecurity, Governance, Networking, and Cloud Modernization.
- Continuously learn the latest offerings, accelerators, case studies, and delivery patterns.
- Enable Partner Sales and Growth teams with technical talking points, qualification questions, objection handling, and partner-specific positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
- 7–12+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, cloud consulting, partner engineering, alliances, or customer-facing technical advisory roles.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud, with enough breadth to position multicloud solutions.
- Hands-on or architecture-level familiarity with Databricks, modern data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, security, app modernization, and cloud migration.
- Experience supporting enterprise pre-sales cycles, RFPs/RFIs, demos, solution workshops, executive briefings, or SOW development.
- Ability to speak credibly with both customer executives and partner technologists.
- Experience working with hyperscaler field teams, partner SAs, customer engineers, ProServe/ professional services teams, or ISV alliance teams.
- Comfortable across industries such as healthcare, life sciences, banking/financial services, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, telco, and private equity.
Preferred Certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
- Databricks Lakehouse / Data Engineer / ML certifications
- Security, governance, or modernization certifications are a plus
