Role Overview
We are looking for a Claude Enterprise Architect to lead the design and adoption of Claude-powered AI systems across the enterprise. This role will define scalable architectures, governance frameworks, and best practices for deploying safe and reliable AI solutions using Anthropic models.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI systems using Claude for reasoning-heavy, document-centric, and conversational use cases
• Define reference architectures for RAG, long-context processing, and knowledge grounding
• Design agentic systems leveraging Claude’s reasoning capabilities and tool use patterns
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering aligned with constitutional AI and safety principles
• Define evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for enterprise AI systems
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
• Align AI architecture with enterprise workflows and business outcomes
• Guide teams on performance, scalability, and cost optimization

  
Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 8 years of deep expertise in enterprise architecture and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of Claude capabilities (long context, reasoning, safety alignment)
• Experience designing AI/ML platforms and integrating with enterprise data systems
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable AI architectures

  
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with multi-cloud AI deployments (AWS Bedrock, direct APIs, etc.)
• Strong thought leadership in safe and agentic AI system design
