Job Description
Experience with PING products : Subject matter expertise with 5+ years’ experience in engineering and administering enterprise level IAM solutions and PING Identity products – PingFederate and PINGOne MFA; capable of delivering secure scalable solutions for On-prem and cloud environments. Design, configure, and customize PingFederate to meet business requirements.
IAM knowledge: In-depth knowledge of PING/ CIAM architecture, Identity & Access Management and/or federation components - Identity federation, SSO, MFA and RBAC.
Protocols: In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with authentication and authorization protocols such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth2, WebAuthn, LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos.
Problem solving and troubleshooting: Provide support for complex IAM issues, debug authentication, federation flows, API integrations.
Development Skills: Knowledge of DevOps frameworks and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc, working knowledge of PING containers.
Directory Skills: Working knowledge of PING directory is a plus.
Modernization and migrations: Hands on experience with migrating applications from legacy IAM system to PINGFederate
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, development teams, and business stakeholders to understand identity requirements and implement appropriate IAM solutions.
Active Directory:
Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory services, including domains, forests, trusts, group policies, and replication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Active Directory-related issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution for complex problems.
Develop and implement automation solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks, provisioning, and configuration management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory services with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless authentication and access control.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the existing Active Directory infrastructure, keeping abreast of industry standard processes and emerging technologies.
Lead projects related to Active Directory migration, consolidation, and upgrade initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
