Responsible To: Customer Service Manager / Team Leader
Purpose of the Role: To provide a professional and customer-focused service by managing customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring excellent communication throughout the customer journey.
Client Brief: Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high service standards.

Reason for Vacancy: Permanent vacancy
Contract: Temp to perm
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Holidays: Standard holiday entitlement

RESPONSIBILITIES The Role
Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Record customer interactions accurately using the CRM system.
Keep customers informed of order progress and any service issues.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure deliveries and service levels are achieved.
Handle escalated customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
Key Skills Required
Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
Experience using CRM systems.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
